Mr. Geoffrey Stuart Davis
Executive Director (Chief Financial Officer)
Mr. Davis has been an Executive Director of the Company since June 2025 and the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since December 2017, overseeing the Group’s finance and treasury functions. He is also a member of each of the Executive Committee and the Finance Committee of the Company and a director of a number of subsidiaries of the Company. He is currently an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (“Melco Resorts”), a subsidiary of the Company listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market in the United States and a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Studio City International Holdings Limited, subsidiary of the Company listed on the New York Stock Exchange in the United States. Prior to that, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Melco Resorts from August 2010 to March 2011 and Senior Vice President, corporate finance of Melco Resorts from 2007, when he joined Melco Resorts. Mr. Davis was a research analyst for Citigroup Investment Research, where he covered the U.S. gaming industry from 2001 to 2007. From 1996 to 2000, he held a number of positions at Hilton Hotels Corporation and Park Place Entertainment. Mr. Davis has been a CFA charter holder since 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University in 1991.
