We believe it is vitally important to treat all of our stakeholders and staff members as we would wish to be treated ourselves — with consideration, respect and dignity.

 

With investors and shareholders, we maintain a high level of transparency and communicate with them regularly through meetings, announcements and circulars.

 

We also believe strongly in encouraging personal growth among our staff members. During the year, we offered 35 subsidised internal training and staff development programmes and invited staff members to nominate colleagues for the Melco Group Star of the Year award, recognising those who made great contributions. Our key associate, Melco Crown Entertainment, hosted Macau’s first-and-only Leadership Conference for the second time for over 400 management staff members, featuring distinguished keynote speakers who shared their expertise.
